How do you organize your ideas for articles, books, poems, etc.?
I have spiral notebooks in my car, by where I nurse and in my diaper bag. I have so many ideas written down that I may never discover them all. God forbid I lose one of those notebooks.
I also have loose pieces of paper all over the house.
And loose pieces of paper filed away under “Ideas” in a filing cabinet by my desk. Ask me the last time I consulted that file. I don’t remember.
I’m just happy to have my ideas out of my head and down on paper. I figure they’ll float back to me when I need them, when I have a shortage of ideas.
Where do you keep all your ideas? How do you stay organized?
